Q: Are ComfortBilt stoves made in China?
A: The final assembly of their stoves is carried out in Ningbo, China, similar to how Apple has previously assembled iPhones. The parts used in the stoves come from Europe, North America, and South America. Upon receiving the stoves, their inspection team applies the final touches and conducts a thorough 24-point inspection to ensure that the motors, switches, ignition, and air flow performance meet their specific requirements.

Q: What is the efficiency of the ComfortBilt HP22?
A: With its powerful exhaust fan pulling clean air through the combustion chamber, the HP22 has a certified efficiency of 80.5%, which means you'll get maximum heating from every bag of pellets you buy. Every ComfortBilt pellet stove comes with a full year warranty on all parts.

Q: How long does Comfortbilt hp22 burn?
A: Five power settings allow up to 30 hours of continuous burning on lowest setting. Programmable thermostat allows constant temperature and economical pellet use.

Q: How to turn on the ECO option?
A: In order to have the stove cycle the fire on and off within the TEMP or Weekly modes, you need to turn on the ECO option.

Press and hold the Enter button (left arrow) until the set data menu appears.
Scroll down to #5 Set Eco, and press Enter.
Press Enter to highlight the word OFF
Press UP to change it to ON, then press Enter.
Now back out of these menus using the Exit button (right arrow)
You should now see the word ECO on the right side.

Q: Does the warranty cover cracks and breaks to the burn pot?
A: Yes, the manufacturer warranty and extended parts replacement warranty both cover damage to the burn pot from normal operational use.

Q: What pellet stove is best for me?  Which stove should I get?
A: Many factors, other than square footage, can influence how much heat your space may need, such as insulation ratings, ceiling height/volume, layout, and climate for your area.  In our experience it is usually advisable to get a larger stove operating on a lower setting, that way it has the capacity to increase should you need it.

Aesthetics are also valuable to many people, and these stoves can very much be a part of the room's overall décor.  Make sure to discuss all options with your spouse/partner before committing to any appliance.
